You won't need to see a vet, that area is just shedding and she has a natural dull yellow color. They shed in odd patches all the time, especially as the get bigger/older. She's fine.

I agree, this looks like normal shedding process. As AHBD stated, they do shed in patches as they
get older, so they can tend to look a bit ragged at time!
