Humidity in Beardie's Tank

Looking to add humidity to my beardie's tank and heard plants are a good way to do that but no clue what kind to get and where to get them. I've got a small water bowl in there already and heard about misting the tank but don't want to deal with mold or mildew if it's to wet in the tank. Please help:)

BTW I have a 120 gallon tank and my humidity is only around 15-20% with the water bowl in there

Thanks!
Kathy

Are you getting the reading from a digital probe hygrometer? You can look at this website for plants scroll to the bottom of the site and it will show a list of them

That's where I've got it but it's only at 15% and should be 30-40%. Also noticing my beardie's definitely dehydrated where he's drinking lots of water when I soak him in the bath. His urate is getting rustish/light brown in color and is hard too which is a sign of the dehyration?

Are you rinsing his greens before serving? That will help if he's eating them- I would start dropping water on his nose w/ him sitting on a salad plate let the water run onto that plate and see if he will drink off that- too many baths will dry his scales out- both my dragons drink off the salad plate

Humidity is an absolute be issue. (Unless your beardie has underlying problems)
I've lived in Florida with 99% and now in Las Vegas with as low as 2% to 3%.
It's never caused issues.
If your beardie has a respiratory issue then high humidity might aggravate it. Otherwise it really isn't a problem.

Your humidity level is fine. Don't add humidity to your enclosure, you'll greatly increase the risk of RIs. Dragons don't need a specific humidity level for any of their natural functions or health.

So I have a question. In my beardy’s tank one end is 90.4temp 27% humidity and the cool end is 74 temp 38% humidity is this all good? I’m new to all this!

Yes, like mentioned, dragon's don't need a specific humidity level for any of their natural functions or health.

The humidity level is naturally lower on the warm side because of the heat lamp.:)

Hi there a little update we went from a 50 watt heat lamp to a 100 watt basking halogen heat lamp hahaha I saw some comments about it being so close so I made sure to put it a ruler away from her
Has anyone seen this before? Something in the corner of his mouth
