You do not need a heat mat for dragons or, in that Vivarium. Basking light and, Long tube type Reptisun T5 HO UVB light and fixture mounted in the top is all you need.
Unfortunately it’s trial and error with wattage until you get the basking the right temp
I’m using one that looks similar to your viv and my set up needs 75watt Arcadia solar flood bulb
But you don’t have to use one from a petstore the way I do, I can’t help you on what type to get though so hopefully someone will see this post and help you

What size is your tank? I have a 4x2x2 custom built tank, and one that is a few inches shorter in length. I use GE 38 watt par 38 spot light bulbs. I also have them on a dimmer switch and hit 100 degrees Fahrenheit in my basking spots with the bulb 12 inches away.
The bulb can be had at just about any home supply store. They come in a 2 pack.
No harm adding a heat mat to a bearded dragon's tank to provide a secondary or even tertiary supplemental heat source and a warm place to nap / sleep , this is the kind of setup , BASED ON A 7W HEATPAD , I have in all my bluetongue skink and bearded dragon timber tanks and have in my 120L water skink tub , and had in my 100L rearing tubs , and have a 5W version that goes under my 10L RESCUE HOSPITAL TUB : viewtopic.php?f=75&t=246355
all my skinks and dragons have loved their warmed hides (sitting ontop heated tiles).
Best that the heatpad be placed under something like a ceramic wall or floor tile to even out the heat and prevent burns if the heatpad overheats , I sandwhich mine to ensure the heatpad has no physical contact with timber or plastic (tub) or the reptile, the tile evens out the temperature and holds heat .
I recommend heatpads that have a temperature restriction to not higher than 38 degC.

It's going to be the same size as yours and has the bulb fittings and such included so can only take up to 100 watt heat bulbs and 24 inch T8 florescent bulbs the tank is. Being dropped off next week so I'm just trying to get a plan and such ready

awesome was gonna put their one from their glass tank in it as I'm trying to make this new tank as cosy as possible while I'm here as well any idea where I could get a separator or some such for when I feed crickets as. I wanted to be able to close off an area for when I'm feeding live foods
