Cant find an answer for this. I bought exo terra background panels and i used velcro to stick to the PVC walls. Not working to well, it's a 4' Reptile Habitats enclosure. Thinking caulk dabs or double sided tape?. And will Greatstuff pond and stone work for bug proofing, sealing all the gap and joints? If i cant seal this up it's back to the bare black PVC

I do not have the exoterra background panels, but made something myself. For sealing any gaps wherever they are, I use excavator clay on the front, and on the back of the panel (did so for what you call "bug proofing"), I use aquarium-grade silicone. This also should hold panels to the walls, generally.
(In my case: Glass enclosure, self-made panels/ climbing background that has MDF on the back.)

On the exact materials you mention, I cannot comment as they are not available in my country.

Sir Henry the dragon
Looking for his dragon girl
Ventures out in to the wide world
His hopes are up but as you can see
There is no dragon girl for Sir Henry
A light bulb goes off and he takes mom aside
Could you perchance get me a mail order bride ?
