How to keep her clean when she’s constantly swimming in her own poop

Inanna will only poop in her little pool that she has in her enclosure, and EVERYTIME she will continue to swim in it and completely submerge herself afterwards. She gets COVERED. How do I keep her clean, my current method is warm water and a baby toothbrush, but it never gets it all off, it gets like under her scales. Is there any way I can clean her off better or will she just shed it off? I’m also worried about like, diseases she could get from that? She’s complicated. The photo I attached is what I think, is old poop that is under her scales.

None of mine have a "Pool" therefore I can not tell.
If it was me, I would take the pool out since there is very little advantage (if any) to have standing water in the tank and it might be a solution 🤷‍♂️
Always try to focus on the weakest link. The pool might look nice but if it causes more trouble than it's worth, it has to go.
Personally I gathered many things and bought stuff that had to leave the tank after some time as well...

Okay thank you guys for your advice!!! I’ll take it out. She loves that thing, maybe I’ll try soaking her first and getting her to go to the bathroom before I let her use it, and only use it for enrichment. Should I be worried about the possibility of scale rot or anything? Bacterial infections from it? Like I said, every time it happens I soak her and try to clean her off but it gets everywhere on her and I can never get every last bit off.

Maybe wash her with some mild antibacterial baby soap.
I wouldn't normally recommend using soap at all, but if she has that much on her, it might not be a bad idea.

Yeah, try to clean her up as good as possible but don't overthink it. Resolving the underlying issue is more important, she should be fine even if she's not 100% clean right this instant.
For some kind of issue to occure I think moisture would be the bigger concern.
