How often do I feed and how much

I have a 8 month bearded dragon, I feed him 6-10 crickets everyday along with veggies, superworms 2-3 times every week, and sometimes horn worms but im out right now. is my feeding schedule good or I'm feeding too much? thx!

Sounds good, maybe just cut down to one or two superworms once or twice a week at most. You could also look into dubia roaches to alternate with or take the place of the crickets. Discoid roaches if dubias are illegal where you live. Does he eat his veggies well for you?

he eats some of the veggies, he hates Dubia roaches, I might try silkworms or bsfl.

Silkworms are an excellent feeder..my dragon likes them. Bsfl are excellent too, but my dragon ignores them and when he did eat them, they passed through whole and undigested because they were too small for him and he didnt chew them. But mine is an adult, 18" long so it may be different for an 8 month old. All you can do is try. Both are great staple feeders though.
