How many hours in between feedings?

Hello, I'm pretty much a newbie Bearded Dragon owner. Got my first Dragon 12 days ago. I am a little confused on how often to feed? My feeding schedule/light schedule goes as followed. I'm not sure if I'm overfeeding, underfeeding?

Lights come on at 9:15 A.M. & go out at 9:15 P.M. every day.

First thing when lights come on, I will chop up some Collard Greens, mixed in with sweet peppers, as Iv'e heard bright colors will attract your baby Beardie. So far Iv'e been doing 2 live feedings per day.

11:15, I offer as many insects as he/she can eat in 10 min.
I freshen his veggies throughout the day.
Last feeding is at 7:00, 2 hours and 15 minutes before his lights go out so he can digest his food.

Am I underfeeding him? Or should I add in another live feeding session in between the 11:15 and 7:00 time frame? I feel like I am underfeeding, but would love other's opinions. Thanks in advance!

That sounds great. I haven't had a problem with two feedings for a young dragon (before work and after work) but some add a third feeding. I'd opt for upping to 15 minutes in one meal if he still appears hungry though. Your salad plan is also good, but don't be discouraged if a young dragon ignores salads in favor of bugs for now. Keep offering them so he knows they're available as a food source.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
