Are they very very loud? I plan on having them in my room and I cant really handle the chirping... I was thinking I could build a box out of some soundproof wood and then put a tupperware or w/e inside with proper air holes and all that.
Right now my beardie is a baby but im sure shell be needing big crickets at some point, so when it gets to that point do you think the noise will be handleable? I mean I dunno I guess nobody can really answer this question cause its different for everyone but what I mean is if its relatively quiet and the chirping isnt very loud.
idk when i first got my beardie i got 1000 crickets they were 3 week old crickets didnt make a sound but were alot of maintence because the bin nedded cleaning like every other day and it smelled and they jump all over the place so i switch to roaches they are much better
Even if you only have two crickets that chirped, they still make alot of noise and could drive you nuts very quickly (trust me, it doesn't take very long).
If you order ones smaller than 3/4", then you should be ok. Anything bigger and you could have a very loud cricket concert.
