How do you know its time?

Hello! I've got a 11year old bearded dragon. He was diagnosed end of last year with either brain aneurysm or tumour. We came to conclusion with vet to monitor his health/weight and if its declines, its his time.
After this visit, he seems to be gaining weight but unfortunately in the recent weeks he's declined. When it comes to food, he's still very much interested and still moves around his tank slowly. I'm just looking for advice on how do you know its time to let go?

I'm sorry to hear this, even though he lived a long time this will ultimately be an end that you wouldn't have wanted. :(

Just watch how his behavior, appetite, etc. is and when he no longer has a quality of life then you can make that decision.

How much water should I be giving my bearded dragon? He will only drink from a dropper when I drop on his nose and I’m not sure if I should give it to him until he won’t drink anymore? Or should I stop after he’s had a certain amount?
