How do I use the PM emoji icons

Can someone tell me how to use the PM emoji icons?

Hello,

Anytime you are in this message box, all you need to do is click on one of them, & it should
give you the option to use/add it to your message.
Be sure you have it enabled in your profile to be able to use graphics.
