How do I upload a profile picture?

Hello,

How do I upload a profile picture? I go to user control panel and go to edit avatar but everytime I choose a picture to upload and hit submit it doesn't do anything. Can anyone help?

That's pretty much the process. Do you not get an error of any kind? You need to also make sure the avatar image is already resized within the specified size on the avatar edit page.
