How do I make my dragon open his mouth to give him pumpkin?

He doesnt open it...not for greens, not for drops of water (unless he is super thirsty), not for a syringe. He hasnt pooped since March 12th and I need to give him some pumpkin puree tomorrow. I need to get his mouth open to accept it but I dont want to hurt him.

Use an eyedropper (plastic in case he bites it) make your hand in the shape of a C. Fingers over the head, thumb under the chin. Use you thumb to gently pull down his bottom lip towards the rear of his mouth, it opens very easy. Keep the tip of the eyedropper outside his teeth. Gently move the dropper towards the front dripping a little as you go. He should start lapping once he taste it.

Please let us know how it goes. This mouths are traps of steel. I thought with Rocky then when I still he sticks his tongue out at me. I seriously sweat trying to open his trap. He feels bad for me then opens it and licks me....after 30 minutes.

I really wish this dang dragon would poop! The pumpkin puree is going to be no fun! Maybe he will poop in the bath first hopefully.
