Hello!
I am wondering about hornworms.... I see mixed info on them. My beardie adores them above all else.... He does eat his greens and he eats dubia, too... but his favorites are the hornworms. He won't eat superworms at all (he absolutely hates them!), and doesn't think much of crickets either. He used to like small worms like waxworms, BSFL and butterworms, but he won't eat any of those anymore... What's the research on this? Are the hornworms good for him or not?
Hornworms are fine. They're good for hydration because of their high water content. They're low in fat but there isn't much to them so they're best offered as part of a broader diet which it sounds like you're doing with the greens and dubia. There is some nutritional info about hornworms and others available here https://www.beardeddragon.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=76&t=197902
