I've been fixing my car today, and i took a break because I have to go to my brother's to use his impact tools. Decided to let Thor run for a bit while I was wondering. Got distracted for a minute looking for a couple wrenches and couldn't find him.

I looked everywhere. Twice. Started freaking out, went to grab my flashlight to look under the furniture, and found him this way.

That's Hammy's house, my Syrian hamster. They've met, they just don't care about each other. I think he was trying to get back into his house.

Mine would do that for sure, too. Exploring and looking into anything to hide.
Just last weekend I got him out of a paper lampshade similar to that one
He was inside of that thing, at about half its height and climbing upwards - he went under it and jumped straight up.
(No danger for him, as it was unplugged, and I saw him getting into it during supervised "rooming around" time. But I had to sit some 20 min next to said lampshade until he came out.)

I never would have found him! That would have been stressful, but then you saw him go in.

Thor also likes to climb my bike. I've found him on top of the back tire, and I can figure out how he does it

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
cookie event at my library today, quite fun! Made some bracelets for my comrades too, to give them at church in the morning. Got a busy day tomorrow even though I’m off work… i go back on tuesday so atleast I’ll have 2 days off to rewind….then back to hell lol
