Hey, so I at the moment can't afford a long uvb Tube, and I really need to change my bearded dragons light. does anybody know a bulb alternative I can add until I can afford the tube?

Can you afford this one? Its the 24" fixture or 2 ft -- you will need to buy the Reptisun bulb 10.0 T 5

22" Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 UVB T5 HO
In the mean time get the dragon out in the sun for 15 minutes per day sitting on you -- dont know the temps where you are but you dont want to over heat the dragon so dont leave unattended --

You can get the Reptizoo fixture but you should get the Reptisun T 8 bulb -- that is a way better bulb -- temps are good for outside -- direct sun will benefit him till you get the UVB

The hood needs to be 24" w/ the bulb being 22" -- this will need to be unobstructed NO screen blocking the bulb - distance 6-8 inches directly above the basking decor piece

3M velcro fasteners -- picture wire hanger I recommend this -- long plastic zip ties - I would get a extra bulb these expire in approx 6 months I recommend 5-- port strikes are coming I am thinking its going to effect this stuff ---
