I will probably change her name.I think she is a female only because thats what Im hoping she is.
she is about 4 inches now, and has grown considerably since I brought her home as a 2 day old hatchling. Here is the first day
This her today
This her tank, any suggestions would be awesome but I think its about as good as I can make it.
Tiny little one! I wouldn't worry about adjusting the name as needed. May be a while before you can tell though. The setup looks nice. Should provide plenty of room to grow into.
Thanks, I put the green paper on the tank because our cat pole is visible from there and didnt want to stress her out.. I like how easy the tank is to clean but it looks kinda plain. I do want to build a top for it that has a hinge in the middle though. Its a pain to have to move all the lights to open it. I havent really handled her yet, I wanted her to get a bit bigger first.
That's the advantage of the tanks with front doors. You don't have to move everything to get into it. You could try printing off different landscape pictures to add variety. I printed off a bunch of outback and Uluru pictures for the tank. Never had a formal backdrop.
