Hello I recently got my bearded dragon from someone that couldn’t care for him anymore, the longer I have him the more I think how neglected he was. I know he had the proper UVB and heat because I saw his setup and everything like that looked fine. However, I know he’s had a few homes so I’m not sure if a home before neglected uvb or not. But I have noticed that his toe bends slightly weird. And I was holding him today and got curious and his toe feels like it had no bone almost in it. You can bend it every way and he doesn’t seem bothered. I’ve been giving him calcium daily and a multi vitamin 2x a week along with a warm soak about 2x weekly and one of which i do an electrolyte soak. I am doing this because I could tell he was slightly dehydrated when I got him. I’m not sure if somewhere along the way his toe had broken or if it’s an early stage of MBD. He walks fine, doesn’t seem bothered by it and eats fine. He doesn’t really have any other symptoms of MBD I can tell of?? But I’ve never encountered this before . Anyone have any guesses?? (I did get a new uvb bulb already about a week ago just because I wasn’t sure how old the one he had was)
