IM GOING ON A 5 NIGHT CRUISE TOMORROW!! I can't bring my bearded dragon or get a sitter and his heat lamp doesn't have a timer!! What do I do!??!?! I can't leave his light on the whole time can i?? ANSWER QUIKLY

No --- get a timer from Walmart they are cheap
Robot or human?
plug your UVB and your basking light to come on when he normally wakes up and goes off when he goes to bed for the night--- what do you plan to leave for food?

I've put plenty of crickets in his tank and put their food and water bowls and I luckily found a timer in my attic

Those crickets are going to eat him alive -- please take them out - they bite and can cause infection -- leave a good big salad for him on the cool side of the tank and dubia roaches they wont bite -- does he normally drink from a water bowl most dragons do not -- rinse the greens and he will get moisture from there -

Oh my gosh I didn't know they bite! I will take them out now, sometimes he drinks from his bowl but he usually drinks when I bathe him.

I would actually offer him water now and he should be good to go till you get back -- do you have access to getting dubia roaches? If so get those they are a better feeder anyway

No, unfortunately not but I'll look into getting him different insects because I can tell he is getting tired of cricketsm

You can feed BSFL -- silk worms- or the dubias they are better feeders - he will be fine w/ the large salad - I can post websites for insects / worms for you if you like they are cheaper on line
