Ok so Rango is acting weird. Since I've had it. And I'm not trying to gross anyone out. But when he goes to use the bathroom it will wiggle his butt and adjust his feet. Well he doing the same thing but his butt staying on the floor and wiggling like he's trying to scratch the base of his tail on the floor or something. What does that mean?

Yep that’s normal! They’ll wiggle the base of their tail and back feet around to go bathroom, it’s completely normal.

Yes but he is not using the bathroom and he does it every few minutes. I've looked and there nothing stuck or sticking. He pores look good

Hmmm, that’s certainly a bit weird. Do you have a video of him doing it?

Is he pooping at all? How long has he been doing this? Are you positive he isn't a she?
If your beardie never has a successful poop it may be impacted, or if it's a female, it could be egg bound. Both are serious. If it's been going on more than a day or two please take him/her to a vet.
If you are positive it's a male, you can try giving him soom unsweetened apple sauce, or some unsweetened baby food like prune. You can mix in a drop of olive oil. This might get him to poop. (Could do the same for a female, but egg binding is fatal so don't risk the time to find out, just take her to the vet please)

As everyone has chimed in, the description is pretty normal behavior. IF you do happen to have

He has no problems pooping and no I'm not too sure it's not a she. All I have to do is put him near a warm bath and he goes to the bathroom. I got footage of him doing it but It keeps saying file is too big so I'm trying to figure out how to crop it
