I've really never seen this - despite I'm a quite heavy internet user and a nerd... for the past 25 years!
But it might really depend on which kind of websites you are using. (I'm for example not into: gaming, streaming.)

It still doesn't make sense to me. I can read it, but what is "(In)Before vote is a tie?"

He was saying that he was ind4 (cast his vote before the thread locked) and that the votes are currently tied.

I vote Lucy. I must admit I'm biased as I love Lucy is my favorite show.

Christina loves Lucille Ball also.
Stumpy is Christina's new boy. I had gone to that reptile store looking for a new female to pair with Sinatra because I know he sometimes has very high end beardies. We came home with Stumpy instead lol.
I was still looking for another female, but couldn't find an adult with the gentics I wanted.
This little girl showed up on morphmarket and even though I'll have to raise her, she has stellar gentics and her color is amazing. I couldn't pass her up.
It took some doing to convince Christina though

Ava was my preferred name but Christina didn't like it
She came up with Butterscotch I was agreeable... but then she blurts out Lucy and I pretty much knew that'swhatcshe wanted. The poll was mostly for fun, and to see what everyone else thought. Now Christina feels vindicated and we love Lucy lol
