Help! What is this?

Hello all,
New beardie owner here. Can anyone tell me if this is a normal presentation for a tail? Tail rot, Stuck shed, or just normal tail growth? His tail is just a little smaller on the tip and appears tgat his scales are just laying down. Doesn't seem any darker than his normal coloration.

It's very small but may still be the beginning of a problem. It might help to soak it in watered down betadine. You can put 1 part betadine + 10 parts water in a small cup and just stick his tail in it for 10 -15 minutes a day while you hold him.
