where do I go on here to upload pictures?

You can upload photos here https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ (there's a link in the menu on the right side of the page at the bottom). Then you can post pictures to your thread using the XIMG button.

For the longest time I couldn't upload any pictures. I figured it out though, I had to update my browser
