I just got my new enclosure for lil Chilly Pepper and it was a pain in the BUTT to put together!!!
BUT! I got it done! Now, It has a small screen/mesh strip down the right hand side of the enclosure for air flow. I'm wondering, should I be putting his basking/hot side on the side with the vent? Or the other side?
He loves this thing. He climbed right up there and hung out for a while, I decided to make this the hot side because I didn't want him to get too cold by sleeping on the screen. I took a pic! Should I be worried? I keep my house fairly warm, 75-76 ish.
Looks good! I'd put the temp nodes right on the basking surfaces though so you can get an accurate temperature there. It's OK if you moved the basking spot. At night if it's over 65 degrees that's no problem. Your little guy is a climber!
