HELP PLEASE!!!

i have a superworm farm and my superworms have FINALLY made babies, however i looked earlier and 2 were climbing ip the plastic walls, i didnt think they could (bc the adults cannot) but they were able to slither their way to the top of the enclosure and escape thru the little cracks on the lid of the enclosure. what can i do to prevent this?? i do not want worms roaming free in my house please help

Here’s what I’ve done in the past. Tape up the sides, and a bit on the top. Leave some room on the lid, so the worms can at least breathe. If I can get some pictures, I’ll put them up in a few hours, once I get home from school.
