Those are T8. They don't have good reflectors behind the bulbs though and that makes a big difference in output with the T8s. ZooMed makes a T8 version of their hood. You would need a 22'' T5 bulb for it. Those are excellent fixtures though and in the long run it's better to invest in a T5 since they have better UVB output and the bulbs last much longer before needing replacement (at least a year).
So I went with the Reptisun 24 in T8 fixture. I understand its weaker but I will place in the enclosure and make sure it hitting the basking spot at the rite range. Thanks everyone for all the help and suggestions.
