i don't see how a store giving bad information and selling harmful/inferior products to my boy's PREVIOUS owner equals me not taking good care of him. my care saved his life.

I just mean most the pet become sick when the environment change. And they need a lot of care.
If the store gave you false information that's wrong.
In my business career, I have never lied to any of my customers.
