That is great he is under his light now.
You can try feeding him with a plastic dropper or plastic syringe if he isn't eating enough. You can just drip it onto the end of his nose until he starts licking the food off. That way you don't have to force the mouth open any to stress him.

I am glad that he finally went to the bathroom then.
Sometimes with impactions, it can take a little bit of time for them to fully regain back leg function if it was severe enough. However, since he has had a fall I think a vet visit would be a good idea.

Have you noticed any swelling of any type on his back, etc since his fall?
Is there any twitches that occur on his back legs that you have noticed?
