HELP. Juvenile. Yellow fungus panic

Hi,

I am new here and just got a bearded dragon (leatherback / hypo) . He is 4.5 months old and I have him little less than 4 days. Initially when I got him he was really active the first day. He ate and pooped, discovered his tank. He eats dubia roaches and a few greens. Over the course of the last days however he became really lethargic. He still eats and poops but he mostly just sits in one spot moving slowly. He is in the middle of a shed.
Today I realised that his head is very yellow comparing to the rest that is orange and I am not sure whether this is colouring or whether this might be this yellow fungus. I haven’t seen his actual colouring since I only have him for a few days but when comparing a picture with some of the internet photos showing juveniles with yellow fungus I am panicking that this looks quite similar.
He is in a 75 gallon tank, with a 75 watt basking lamp and a t8 12% Arcadia UVB lamp.

Could someone please let me know their thoughts as I am pretty worried about my little guy.

Its shed plus coloring --- I would recommend you upgrade the UVB to a 12% Arcadia 24" fixture like a Pro T 5 depending on the screen on the tank will depend on the placement of that UVB -- the T 8 where is it now? It should be inside the tank directly over a piece of decor 6-8 inches -- basking temps need to be 105-110 for a baby that will change as he gets to be older into juvie/adult then they will need to be dropped down to 95-100 as they get older they dont like real hot temps --- make sure your getting that temp w/ a digital probe thermometer --- what kind of screen do you have on the tank? fine mesh like a screen door or a wide hole type? Hes going to go thru relocation stress but w/ him not eating and being lethargic I am gonna say its the UVB and basking temps being incorrect

Thank you so so much for getting back to me and reassuring this might be just his normal color. In regard to the UVB, I have an 18 inches tall wooden tank and read that since I have to install the UVB inside of the tank a t5 would be to strong if it can only be installed about 16 inches away. Therefore I got the T8 12%. It’s in the middle of the tank next to the basking lamp. It’s about 8 inches from a tree branch. The temp under the basking spot is between 40 - 43. I measure the temp with a temp gun and have a digital thermometer too. The cold side is about 29 degrees.
I have the T5 already and will install it in the new bigger tank when the baby turns one. Maybe it’s relocation stress and after running around and being more excited it probably dawned him that this is very new and he is stuck with the crazy woman who keeps on staring into the tank.

Does the fixture have a reflector on it? Distance for a T 5 is 12-15 inches directly over the basking decor- is he eating ?

Yes, it has a reflector on it. He is eating and pooping like a champ every day. I give him medium sized dubias and small dubias twice a day and start the day with salad. He loves the dubias, nibbles also a bit on the salad and gets water from a syringe dripping onto his nose. I thought that the tank might need more visible light to lift his mood. Maybe it’s the shed, it’s quite a lot and he keeps on scrubbing his tummy on the floor.

Ok yep he's got shed coming on - I wouldn't worry about him then as long as he's active basking pooping and eating he's good-- and it sounds like he's doing all the above

Hi there, I agree that's 100 % natural color. And yes, your UVB bulb is adequate due to the height of the enclosure being low. Just an FYI, never pull the shed, even a little bit, always let it come off on it's own. I know it can looks tempting when it's hanging off like that.
