]Hi, new to this forum, my juvenile beardy’s tail was shedding, He caught the end tip of his tail and tore the shed off, the tip of his tail was moist. Now, almost a week later the tip of his tail is dark, skinny, dry, and stiff. I have been doing research and the closest symptoms say tail rot other resources say to amputate the rotted surface. Before i progress i was just seeking professional advice and was thinking you could help. I have attached pictures below in hopes you could help

It does look thin but it you get a few pics with her on a light colored background the condition will be much more clear. If it is going bad it can be snipped off right above the area [ where the bad part ends ]
The shriveled area doesn't look good. It may just stay like that but keep a very close eye on it (measure it) and if that area starts to move up the tail it should be seen by an experienced vet as soon as possible in order to prevent infection from spreading.
