Help! Bearded dragon finger black

This is my first reptile. He is a bearded dragon about 6 months old. I noticed shortly after we got him that he had a small scab on the top of his forearm. Since then it has gotten worse and has spread to the underside of his arm and more recently to his pinky finger. The finger is black and looks like it's going to fall off. He is still eating but he is not using that arm at all. I have been soaking him in a diluted iodine solution and trying to get the dead skin from around the area. I have also tried chlorahexadine and topical antibiotics but only for a day or two. Any suggestions are appreciated

Ok it looks infected I suggest getting some raw unfiltered honey example Manuka honey on it ASAP- thats going to stop some of infection but I suggest a vet visit- www.arav.org - type in a bigger cities zip code closest to you if living in a small town/ area - NO crickets in the tank please if feeding crickets -- I am going to flag the post to Tracie our vet tech mod on the board also AHBD as well

He was probably bitten by a clutch mate. What ever caused it, he needs to see a vet asap.

Sorry this happened to the little guy. Like the others have said, this needs to be seen by a vet. The infection is affecting the entire leg and needs intervention ASAP. You tried to help but it's really too serious.

Ok thank you. I only feed him meal worms. Never crickets.

I can feel her staring into my soul demanding food
She was having a staring contest with a mealworm. I guess I never taught her to not play with her food, lol.
bro went to bed already, it’s 10:36 pm
Definitely going to be using this image if I ever catch a fence lizard again.
