well I finally registered on the site today after a few months of wandering the forums
So HI! I'm Kaytee and I am the proud owner of approximatly a 6-7 month old Red/Sandfire Bearded Dragon named Kuru
this has been his life so far I suppose lol
*first day home approx 4 weeks*
*Current picture taken today* Approx 7 months
he's quite entertaining I have started to acclimate him to running around parts of the house now that he is getting bigger and acclimating the cats to him so they don't think of him as a new play toy it's getting off to a good start http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTjveMa3YIA
very sweet , i don't think that i could ever have cooper out of the tank on his own with any of the zoo around , my son does let him out to venture but watch over him very close , or takes him into his bedroom and lets him go venture on the bed , cooper has a new past time when this happens , climb the blinds or look through to see whats going on outside . as far as cats i don't think i could ever trust irtho's with him , he is my great hunter of moths and anything that moves

yeah I'm starting in places where he can't freely just go anywhere so he can get lost and I can keep an eye on him so he's limited to the front entry way he's too small for a harness so this will have to do lol
