Hyellow! My name is Anna, and my non beardie lizard is Lawrence (female)! We’re new to this website, and already I love the community here and how helpful you guys are. My lizard, Larry, is quite a diva. If you don’t feed her at regular times each day, the wittle pwincess getsh fussy out of all the lizards I’ve owned, she by far has a lot of personality. Right now as I’m writing this, I have her on my shoulder and she’s watching everything I’m doing with such judgement. Literally, she’s so judgemental, you can see it in those beady eyes lol. Me, personally, I’m an extrovert, I love people and talking to them! If you need opinions about anything, no judgement here (besides Larry), so feel free to comment on my profile or on a post!

This is a fantastic community and although the core content is beardie related we can and tend to range all over the place in chat lol.
I'm extremely surprised that you were able to tame Larry. As far as I knew fence lizards never tamed down. I'm impressed, you must have put a ton of time and effort into her.
Fence lizards are way at the top of my favorite lizard list. I never tried to keep them because I didn't think they could be tamed. I may have to reconsider

Hahaha…I thought about that… I honestly kinda want to keep her name Larry, just because she responds to that name, whenever I say her name when I’m looking in her tank, she tilts her head up and looks at me, I just don’t want to confuse her (and the rest of my family XD) thank you so much for the offer…and thanks for the warm welcome!

That is so awesome the Eastern fence lizards from back home are INSANELY fast. If it got loose in the house I doubt anybody would ever catch/find it again.

Rusty gades (fence lizards ) were the first reptiles I ever took an interest in. I must have spent a bazillion hours trying to catch them when I was a kid. I promise I did A LOT more chasing than I did catching lmao
