Heating for the Winter Storm

HI everybody,
As I am sure a lot of people on here may already know, a rather large winter storm is hitting the New England area tomorrow. I live in a rather old house and the only heating is provided by a wood stove and a fire place. The house stays rather cold at around 55F. I have been supplementing heating and have night time heating by using a CHE for my beardie Harry. However, our house is notorious for losing power during storms like these.
What are some ways I can keep Harry warm? I will be awake during the storm so I will know when the power goes out. I also have a temp gun to monitor any temps from items that may be a bit unpredictable. So far I am looking at getting hot water bottles, and I have a rather large pack of hand warmers for children, so they only get to be around 100F. I could wrap all of them in towels or blankets to lessen the heat if need be.
I am not against having to cuddle with Harry all night if that's what it takes to keep him warm but again the whole house could get down into the 40s.
Any suggestions would be great, also if anyone has been through a similar situation what you did would be amazing to hear about!

I don't recommend hand warmers, as those tend to get way too hot. If you already have them, wrap them in towels to prevent direct contact with your beardie. Skin-to-skin contact on your neck/chest can also help keep him warm.

Look for reptile shipping packs. They are warm, and can be purchased fairly cheap (but I think they may only be available online, sorry). Hand warmers could work, I would just wrap them in a towel and use a temp gun to check temps. If they seem too hot at anytime, stop using them obviously.
