W/ it on top of screen make sure your basking distance is 8-10 inches directly above the basking decor-- how is the head shaking going ?

The Head shaking has slowed down and I rarely happening, I have been making sure all his food has been correctly dusted and also mixing some in his water

Ok w/ that uvb he will be able to absorb and synthesize it now-- watch his behavior his colors and his eating should all improve
