Anyone else have a beardie that has tried to "dig" on then to try and find a comfy spot to go to sleep? Draconis found the v of my dress and flipped the edge with his head and began the digging and burrowing thing he would do if he was in the wild....thing it that was my skin! he stopped when i flipped part of the edge of the v over his head, but still... Anyone else have this done to them?
Very innocent looking little mug! How could you accuse him of such a thing =S
My first guy used to do stuff like that. I think it's their instinct to burrow in to feel secure. The dragon I have now digs into his fleece blankets when he wants to go to sleep at night. If his nails are causing a bother you can just clip them or file them down so they don't scratch so much. That's usually my metric for when it's time to cut nails - when their scratches hurt a lot or cause bleeding.
