My beardie is usually bright yellow and red tones but I looked at him this morning and he's dark brown everywhere. I've never seen him look like this, but he is still very young and I'm a first time beardie owner. Is it normal for them to get darker after they shed? Or could something be wrong with him? Thanks!
He just shed and is now a dark color is that normal?

They can go darker when they shed, it depends on what colour they're meant to be when they're older. They can also become darker if they're absorbing calcium (from the UV lamp) or if they're cold.
If the tip of his tail is black and his beard is black for more than an hour, there may be a health issue, but otherwise, i wouldn't worry too much. They change colour all the time!

Just want to check that if my beardie is ok I managed to get a video of him yawning today and screenshot him with his mouth open does he have mouth rot??? He is eating and drinking normally btw, the discoloration on his left of the mouth has been there for a month but the discoloration on his right side is new
