Hawks or falcons. How dangerous?

The long-awaited summer has come to our region. It's 82-83 degrees outside right now and Foxy can bask in the sun on my lap. I live in one of 4 high-rise buildings and I can sit on a large outdoor balcony in a sun lounger. What worries me is that a couple of birds of prey live on one of the buildings. I don't know exactly what kind of bird it is. Maybe it's falcons or hawks. Surely someone on the forum knows better than me how dangerous they are? Can they attac the beardy if he sits on my lap or shoulder? How cheeky are they? Now I put on black glasses and do not take my eyes off the sky.

More than likely, they won't attack your dragon if it's on your lap. Now if you leave your dragon alone on the patio, that's a different story.

Fair warning, they are wild animals and their behavior can be unpredictable. Just keep an eye out

Of course I won't let him out on the balcony. It will only sit on my shoulder or lap. But I got you, I'll be very vigilant!

I live in Nevada, we have both hawks and falcons. The first incident i had was a falcon trying to get one of my ferrets. My back yard is walled in with a 6 foot block wall, so i can let my animals roam (so i thought) i let addy may out and went to check on her a few minutes later and she was hiding under a piece of plywood i had back there for a project i was doing, the falcon was sitting on the neighbors roof waiting for her to come out. Then after that it swooped at me a couple times when i had one of my beardies on my shoulder. I don't think it would have actually snatched her off me, but i think it was trying to spook her in to running so it could pounce on her.
I mentioned it to a guy i know in a reptile store here, and he said that one had tried to get his snake off his shoulder a few weeks before.
By all means take your beardie out but keep an eye out for the birds. My solution for my beardies is a ferret nation cage i had extra. The bars are close enough a mid sized or bigger dragon can't get its head through and any animal big enough to hurt them can't get in. Now i can let them be out without having to watch out for the birds so much.

A cage gives you the advantage of being able to leavecthem unattended for a bit, it makes letting them get some sun easier.

I'll be calmer if I'm around. Besides, if he gets tired of basking, I can see it so I can take him home. I must be a very anxious parent.

I like to stick with mine to but I'm fa.... well insulated lol. So the heat beats me up

I am also well insulated , so I try to sit in the shade, under a canopy.
Otherwise, the walk turns into a "visit to saunas" for me

I live in the center of a big city and I thought that this was not my problem.
But as soon as I looked at the high-rise buildings, I immediately saw that some large birds were flying over them
