Hatch day

The 19th was Miko's hatch day. She's 2 years old, fat and lazy as hell. She'd rather snooze all day, unless bugs are involved. Specifically, hornworms. She likes to be tucked behind her tree branch sleeping, under her hide sleeping or (on the opposite of her hide, we have a shirt tucked into the hole so she can't try to get under it that was because she will get stuck) tucked against the wall in the corner and on the t shirt sleeping. Well, half-sleeping. She always has an eye cracked, watching. She's gotta make sure no one comes to bother her in any capacity. Unless its for bugs. She's bright-eyed and bushy tailed for some bugs. I love my Miko and despite her being a skittish, she's super sweet and clingy and I love her cuddles.

Also, I had to include one of Nubby with some blueberries because he was feeling left out and God forbid I leave out king nubbins. Enjoy the photo tax of my derps.

Aww happy hatch day Miko! They both look great! So happy for you and them! I love Miko's birthday hat! Careful with those green gloves lol...they look like nice juicy hornworms haha.

I love seeing them with their tongues out. Kai just opens his mouth wide and crunches those bugs down with his very sharp teeth lol.

I'll take a regular video, and I'll open it with Google photos and hit edit and then move the slider to the frame that I want and will click "export frame". Also, on my phone's gallery, I'll pull up the video and long press the preview down at the bottom (circled in blue) and it'll expand the video so I can scroll through second by second. And then when I find one I want, I can either take a screenshot and crop it, or hit that button in the bottom left corner (circled in red) that will capture that frame. I dunno if you can expand the video reel like that on IPhone, i have an s25 ultra but I know I could do the same on older Samsung phones, as well.

I hope that made sense.

It does! I use android so no Iphone here (I don't like the iphones, or apple in general )

It works so well.! I love doing it and get some of my funniest photos.

That and ill go to take a photo and zoom to 0.6x and it makes this kinda fisheye filter, which is hilarious when you stick the camera real close to them.
