Seems like he used to shed more frequently, could this mean anything? I feel like it's been a while since any shedding. I soak him once a week and spray w water daily.

Also, a few scales on his tail seem to be different.. What could this be?
Sometimes they just grow in spurts or at different rates and their shed frequency reflects that. Based on the photo those spots are just single scale sheds which is pretty common.
