If it's low enough he can prop the tail up, Taco also dangles both. Hangs then on both front feet, "sits" on his tail. Higher up, he "secures" with one claw.

Stumpy uses her nub as a recliner a lot. It's funny when she does it.

I think because her different body shape, she uses it a bit different then.

As Taco, when I take him out, often sits on his branch by the window and then tends to prop up with his tail, I had tested carefully how much weight is on its tail when he does so. There is actually quite a lot of his body weight on it.

Ruby uses his tail like a hand. Rocky forgets he has one and I have to lift it to make sure he's fully in his enclosure. As he grew, until this very day, he hates getting down to turn around because it's long. I swear that I hear him sigh lol
