Hand waving and head bobbing

I just had Obidiah out and introduced him to dog and cat while I held him. Everyone seemed very disinterested in each other. When I put him back in his tank he climbed his rock and then waved with each hand while he bobbed his head slowly. Not sure what this means, have never seen both at the same time, any ideas?

He was stressed and it was probably more of a head roll than bob I'm guessing, he was showing submission or that he didn't want conflict.

Well I don't want to cause him any stress, I've been trying to slowly introduce him to the other animals in the house but maybe I should wait a little longer. (It was definitely 3 bobs)
