Hair sprouting???

So my baby beardie who’s ten weeks old seems to be sprouting hair on the back of his neck. I know this is not possible but I have cleaned him down and firmly cleaned the area and they are still there. They look longer on the zoom picture but in person they look like tiny spikes but upclose are tiny little hairs and coming up like sprouting. Sooo weird.

I thought they would be fine hairs trapped under scales . So I have cleaned and rubbed over and the look like coming from the skin: they don’t look as long in person. It just looks like tiny spikes for our eyes view.

Is it possible he shed recently? Those little things get left behind if the shed is taken off too soon. They'll fall off naturally.
