I live in Minnesota. Which is really cold in winter. Without fail I always seem to need a vet visit during winter.
Normally I use a cooler, size of a small suitcase, to pack up my beardie. Add towels and heat packs. Use a luggage strap to keep lid on while moving. Works great.
For unknown reasons this cooler is gone today. Poof! Gone! I'm high-key mad about where it could be but I cant do anything about it now.
So for travel I had to use plan B. A disposable insulated box groceries came in to keep cool during travel. It's made of all cardboard so no toxic bits. It's smaller and that made Quetzal mad but he was able to travel safe.
I hate plan B but at least I had a plan B. What we do for our beardies, right?
