Hello their
Unfortunately I am 90% sure my 5 year old beardie has passed away suddenly with no illness. However I am really reluctant to do anything just incase he is brumation. We gave turned her upside down with no response and splashed her with some water again with no response. Does anyone know what else I can do to make sure.
Thank you very much. I will try and post a photo below

We use the correct uvb, she does look very thin now, she isn't usually thin but she seems to have sunken in, if that makes sense. She was eating well and was not behaving out of the ordinary

Wow I am so sorry --- it is hard to say what has happened here -- she looks dehydrated to me -- we can have some others look and see what they think -- it is so sad to find them like this again I am so sorry @AHBD @Drache613

So sorry to hear this, a little crust under the eye is not a factor. It looks like she was healthy and loved as part of the family. If she was acting normal, pooping regular, not in pain or severely lethargic there's no way to know for sure what caused her death. My sympathies go out to your family.

Losing them suddenly is very emotionally draining, I am sorry for your loss.
She looked well loved & happy. I am not sure why she would have declined so quickly but
they are unfortunately masters of disguise when it comes to hiding illness. Could she have
eaten anything toxic possibly?
Thank you all. We have just got back from the vets, where we are shocked to learn that our beardie was alive still. Only just though. And she was dying unfortunately we had to you euthanasia. A very traumatic experience
OH NO! That is a terrible experience. Did they say what they thought had happened, or did they
not know, without doing an autopsy?
Sorry for your loss.

Very sorry your family had to go through that. How did they determine she was still alive? Based on the picture i'd say with almost 100% certainty she was already dead.
