I would keep an eye on it for sure, does it seem to be bothering him at all?

Hello,

It is a possibility of an insect biting him perhaps. You can use some raw honey on the area, daily,
to see if that helps out for inflammation. Does it seem to affect his ability to eat right now?
As Brandon suggested, do keep an eye on it, to be sure it doesn't get too large.

She has had it for awhile, maybe 6ish months? Doesn't seem to have any impact on eating, and hasn't grown.

I do feed her Dubia roaches from my colony, could it have been one of their sharp little legs? Occasionally I give her an adult male

Hello,

Well, while it is possible it could be from an injury, I would have thought by now it should have reduced
down in size. You could try putting some raw honey on that area to see if that helps out any. If it doesn't
seem to bother her, & it doesn't get larger that is up to you as to whether or not to take her for a vet visit.
Since she is still eating without any trouble, you can try the honey for awhile. Let us know how that goes
& how she is doing.
