goofball ate a house fly

so basically i was just chilling with Norbert (he's been doing well btw we figured everything out with his light) and he was really intently looking at something in his tank. I didn't see what it was at first until he ate it, which as the title suggests was a housefly. He's ok right? I know it's not good for them to eat flies because they can have parasites and diseases but one shouldn't hurt him ? he's so greedy i feed him supers and greens (greens everyday supers every few) he doesn't need to be doing all of that !!

It won't hurt him. Even if it had parasites his system should whack them in an amount that small.
