Good weight and size?

Iv had my beardie for about a month now after rescuing him from an uneducated and neglectful family (he had calcium sand, poos everywhere, severely dehydrated and skinny).
He's about 9 months and I'm wondering if his size and weight is ideal?
he is 246 grams, 15 inches long. is in a 78 gallon terrarium. is fed greens every couple days and crickets and mealworms (dubias are banned where I am) hes a good eater, but earlier I noticed his ribs are very sunken in although his weight seems fine.
I do not currently have UVB since my post office is on strike (no packages) arrive although it should arrive mid-january

It's hard to determine exactly just based on the weight & length without a picture. They are all different
in bone structure & size. At 246 grams that doesn't sound too bad for his length, but it will depend upon
other things like are his hipbones protruding, or what is the condition of his musculature on his thighs, etc.
If you can post a quick picture, that would help.
I hope your UVB gets there soon! You must be in Canada, because of the postal strike!

And yeah I'm in canada, the strike is pretty annoying...
