Gecko death NEED HELP!!!!

I had a halmahera gecko like this (not mine)

and had trouble shedding on its leg and toe pads? so I bought Nature Zone Shed Away http://naturezonepet.com/2008-catalog/catalog-8.pdf and applied it like the instructions said. I then set her for the night when i woke up she was dead.
I was wondering what steps should I take to contact the company and what to say when it comes to talking to them about the incident. What should I expect to hear from them. Any help will be appreciated.

Look at the labeling on the package. There should be an 800 number or some kind of way to contact them. If not, google the company and get the info from there.
