I have used those and they are hard to keep clean -- you can use some textured NON adhesive shelf liner cut to the size of the tank and found at your local home improvement center or Walmart

The mat is super easy to clean. I spray it down with my chlorhexidine solution and let it sit for a minute then wipe it down with paper towels a couple times until the paper towels come back clean. Plus it's anti-slip and fitted to sit nicely in my dubia enclosure
