Any suggestions on what flooring I should get? I currently have the reptile carpet but after some research I’ve found out that it’s not good for them. I did see a few saying textured tile…I want something that’s easy to clean and not causing my baby to slide every where when walking around. I heard textured tile can help with filing down their nails to

If this is your criteria, slightly textured tile is your best bet.

Not usually -- I did have my tank tiled but went to the black matt Zen Habitat sells -- its for a 120 gallon tank and has cushion I did keep two pieces in the tank for that purpose of keeping the nails down -- its placed in the middle of the tank and runs width wise --- so the cool side of the tank and hot side of the tank has the matt -- but when the whole tank had the tile I never ran into any issues w/ it getting too hot

I heard that being on such hard surfaces can cause joint etc issues - so I went to something w/ cushion but still have two pieces of the tile in there - they dont sit on the tile all the time -

Any place I can get the zen mat from besides that site? I tried to google it and Amazon popped up as well but they don’t sell the original with the padding.

I think Pet Smart was selling them -- they had the Zen Habitats tanks for sale but its probably just better to go thru Zen - but you can look

Ok did you check Pet Smart? Pet Smart was carrying Arcadia Pro T5 fixtures and now I see they arent on the website anymore either -- I dont know what is going on--- how long on the order if you pre order it?

I called the 3 pet smarts that we have here and they don’t carry that. I even called our pet supplies plus also and they don’t either. I didn’t order it off the site yet because I’m going to try to see if I can find one sooner fit. If not then I will…and ok cool! I was just on that site about to order Dubias to! I’ll take a look at this one
